Zusammenfassung

Groupe SEB is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to develop software for professional, fully automatic coffee machines. You will co-design a modular software platform for future machine generations and translate requirements into hardware/software implementations.

The role emphasizes quality through code reviews, unit tests, and comprehensive documentation, with agile work practices and cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in IT/engineering/electronics/mechatronics or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of professional experience in embedded software development.
• Excellent knowledge of the C++ programming language.
• Good knowledge of modern control engineering, electronics and software architecture.
• Ideally experience with Qt, SQL, UML, Rational Rose RT and embedded Linux.
• Experience and interest in interdisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum.
• Independence and creativity in finding innovative solutions.
• Very good spoken and written English skills.
