Leadership Connect Canada is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Entitlements Team and help design and build the applications and services powering our platform.

This hands-on role requires strong fundamentals across backend services, APIs, data, and cloud infrastructure, with the ability to work across technologies and contribute to a distributed, scalable system.
