Your Role

• Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions using modern C++ to enable quality assurance in near-production industrial environments.

• Collaborate with dynamic and highly motivated agile teams to provide robust workflows for optical, surface, and X-ray metrology.

• Write performant, high-quality C++20 code and ensure its reliability through unit, integration, and acceptance tests.

• Contribute significantly to the development of our software for training and applying advanced algorithms for feature and defect detection.

• Act as a mentor for your colleagues in the application of software engineering principles and best practices.

• Passionate about cutting-edge software development using modern deep learning methods.

Your Profil

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Electrical Engineering with a focus on software engineering or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of practical experience in software development with C++, parallel programming paradigms, and CI/CD (e.g., Git, Testing, Azure DevOps).

• Enthusiasm for Clean Code, Design Principles, and modern programming paradigms.

• Ideally professional experience with machine learning and the deep learning tech stack in products (e.g. PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT)

• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, team spirit, hands-on mentality, as well as a self-reliant and organized approach.
