Teoresi Group is seeking a Software Engineer – Application Development in Munich to design and build modern web applications with a strong focus on usability and performance. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver quality software throughout the development lifecycle.

You should have a degree in Computer Science or related field and several years of frontend experience, including API integration and agile methodologies.

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer – Application Development to join our software engineering team. In this role, you will design and develop modern web applications with a strong focus on usability, performance, and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative software solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Your Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using contemporary frontend technologies.
• Implement new application features based on functional and business requirements.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces that provide an outstanding user experience.
• Build reusable frontend components and ensure consistency across applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical discussions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in frontend software development.
• Proven experience working in agile software development teams (e.g. Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience developing modern web applications and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and software quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured and proactive working style.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional and international teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Basic German language skills are required.
