Silversmith Capital Partners is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join their Berlin team. You will work within a cross-functional team developing the ReactJS web application, reviewing code, and collaborating with UX teams to enhance user experience.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our development team consists of specialists in frontend, backend, QA, product, and more. We work in small cross‑functional teams that give everybody insight and hands‑on experience of what everyone else is doing. Each team is self‑sustained, autonomous, and responsible for a specific product area in our platform. We believe strongly in opening opportunities for developers to be mentored and grow their skills. We are looking for a Frontend developer to join our team and bring their FE expertise to the table.

Please note that, due to proximity to the team, we are looking for professionals located in Berlin.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL

• Work in a small cross‑functional team
• Develop the visual and functional designs at the heart of our ReactJS web application
• Review others' code and ensure that quality standards are maintained
• Advise team members in their day‑to‑day coding tasks as well as with overall architectural decisions
• Collaborate with our UX team to improve the user experience and interface of our product
• Cooperate with the team and customer representatives to plan projects
• Mentor others, both junior developers on their learning paths and more experienced developers who are interested in learning about new fields
