Teoresi Group is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to assist our production floor with machine connectivity, system synchronization, and network checks. You will collaborate with production, maintenance, and IT teams to resolve incidents and ensure uptime.

The role requires hands-on, reliable problem solving in an automotive/industrial setting, with German language skills preferred and English as an advantage. Strong teamwork and a practical mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT support, production IT, plant support, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
• Basic understanding of networks, IT infrastructure, hardware, and system connectivity.
• Interest in working directly in a production/plant environment.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to support issues on site.
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
• Good communication skills with production and technical teams.
• German language skills required; English is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive production or industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production systems, machine connectivity, MES, shopfloor IT, or industrial networks.
• Basic understanding of OT/IT interface.

Aufgaben
