Hyra is seeking an experienced technical leader to drive architectural excellence across a diverse software landscape. You will balance long-term technical health with immediate delivery goals, modernising systems and integrating advanced technologies into core product lines.

You will define scalable architectures in desktop and cloud-native environments, lead modernisation from legacy to cloud-native and AI-integrated designs, and document roadmaps for the engineering org.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a software/solution architect for large-scale distributed SaaS or enterprise systems.
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Deep expertise in modern architectural patterns (microservices, security-by-design, event-driven).
• Proficiency across C++, Java, Python and cloud environments.
