Responsibilities

• Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to refine your ability to choose the right tools for every challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust, you’ll demonstrate that true expertise is about understanding purpose and impact rather than chasing trends.
• Build stuff that matters. Regardless of seniority, you’ll have autonomy and own your work from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and seeing how your code becomes a product used at scale.
• Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, and crafting minimalist architectures for scalable, future-proof solutions.

The selection process

We start with screening tests to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews. We set a high bar and will not extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. This role may remain open for months or be reposted as needed.
