3B Scientific is expanding its portfolio of software, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions for medical simulation. We’re looking for an experienced Software & Digital Product Manager (f/m/d) to help shape and grow our global digital portfolio.

You’ll own selected digital products, drive cross-brand integrations, and build a connected ecosystem across software and physical simulation products. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Development to define roadmaps and go-to-market plans, while

• Bachelor or master in business, CS, or related field.
• Several years of experience in software product management, SaaS, or digital products.
• Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities and delivering them.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud/SaaS architecture, authentication/SSO, and data flows.

Software & Digital Product Manager (f/m/d)

to help shape and grow our global digital portfolio.

You’ll take ownership of selected digital products, drive cross-brand integration projects, and help build a connected ecosystem across our software and physical simulation products.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate on and execute the product strategy for selected software, SaaS, and AI products, from roadmap and development priorities to launch and continuous improvement.

• Support our global Sales teams and distributors with the product information, materials, demos, training, and tools they need to successfully sell our software solutions.

• Provide product training and demonstrations to Sales teams, distributors, and customers, both digitally and in person.

• Translate customer and market feedback into product requirements and clear development priorities.

• Work closely with development teams to define roadmaps, prioritize improvements, and keep products aligned with our portfolio strategy.

• Drive cross-brand integrations, connecting software with other digital and physical products across the 3B Scientific portfolio.

• Own cross-brand digital apps, from product vision and requirements through implementation, helping us build a direct digital relationship with end users.

• Develop SaaS business models, including subscriptions, licensing, trials, and pricing.

• Drive go-to-market readiness for new software and AI solutions together with Sales and Marketing.

• Stay current with developments in medical simulation, digital education, SaaS, and AI and identify new opportunities.

What You Bring

• A degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in software product management, SaaS, or digital products.

• Experience independently defining product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities and driving them through implementation.

• A solid understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud/SaaS architecture, authentication/SSO, and data flows. Coding experience is not required.

• Proven experience with SaaS business models, including licensing, subscription, and pricing.

• A strong commercial mindset and the ability to connect technical development with customer needs and business value.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent English; German or other languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

• Experience with medical simulation, or educational technology.

• Experience with customer-facing digital platforms or apps.
