Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You drive the service lifecycle management for one or more products of our D&A portfolio.
• You contribute to the definition, assessment, and continuous optimization of all serviceability requirements to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
• You translate technological trends into scalable, customer-oriented service offerings and develop forward-looking service concepts.
• You develop well-founded business cases to support strategic decisions, collaborate closely with data-analytics experts, and analyze operational data to derive business-relevant insights and improvement opportunities.
• You support the global readiness of service processes and the efficient rollout of digital solutions for our D&A customers - including concept development, stakeholder alignment and execution governance.
• You coordinate and steer international resources and external service contributors, ensuring their integration into the global team. You align stakeholders on established processes, drive clear task management, and monitor deliverables and results to ensure successful execution.
• You act as a key interface between software, middleware, infrastructure, and hardware-related service topics, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
• You align closely with service, business line, and development processes, represent the service perspective in steering committees.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• You have many years of professional experience in Service Management or Product Management, with a strong understanding of the requirements and interfaces of both domains.
• You have extensive, long-term professional experience and additional qualifications in this field, but do not hold a university degree? Then we would still be happy to receive your application.
• You possess expertise in modern, agile project management methods and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and ideally have experience with Lean methodologies.
• You demonstrate solid technical proficiency in virtualization technologies, operating systems, and the architecture of IT systems - covering hardware, firmware, and application-level software.
• You have proven experience in leading or functionally steering globally distributed teams, external service partners, or offshore resources, including task coordination, performance monitoring, and fostering sustainable team engagement and collaboration across locations and cultures.
