Zusammenfassung

actana-consulting is seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to contribute to the development of safety-critical embedded real-time software for aircraft systems in Munich. The role requires autonomous work within AES and project processes, and involves defining and implementing high/low level software requirements using C and possibly assembler.

Responsibilities include software debugging, integration, interface design, and supporting supplier engagements through statements of work.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in software development for at least 3 years.
• Good English capabilities, both spoken and written, at least B2 (CEFR).
• Programming experience in C and/or Assembler Code.
• Specification of high level and low level software requirements (SRS, SDDD).

Aufgaben

• Contribute to development of safety-critical embedded real-time software for aircraft systems per RTCA/DO-178B, Levels A-D.
• Work autonomously according to AES and project processes.
• Support tailoring of development processes to project needs.
• Specify High Level Software Requirements (SRS).
• Develop Low Level Software Requirements (SDD).
• Code in C and perform SW debugging.
• Integrate and analyze software components.
• Assist interface design for internal and external interfaces.
• Adapt existing solutions for new applications with standard tools.
• Support creation of Statements of Work for suppliers.
• Manage configuration control with CM tools (e.g., Synergy, Dimensions).

• Contribution within the development of safety critical embedded real time SW for aircraft systems according to RTCA/DO-178B, Level A to Level D
• Autonomous working according to AES and project specific processes
• Support the tailoring of development processes to project-specific needs
• Support the Specification of Software High Level Requirements
• Development of Software Low Level Requirements
• Software Coding in C
• SW debugging
• Software integration and analysis
• Support the design of internal and external interfaces
• Design/adaptation of existing solutions for new applications by using dedicated/standardized tools
• Support the definition of 'Statement of Works' to be presented to potential suppliers
• Configuration control / change management of all items produced using applicable CM tools (e.g., Synergy, Dimensions) according to applicable Configuration Management Plan

Qualification/Experience

• Graduate Software Engineer (or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired by other means)
• Experience in Software Development for at least 3 years
• Good English capabilities, both spoken and written, at least B2 (CEFR)
• High flexibility and adaptability
• Specification of high level and low level software requirements (SRS, SDDD)
• Technical reviews
• Programming experience in C and/or Assembler Code
