Job summary

rosslight GmbH in Rostock is seeking a Software Developer / Tester (w/m/d) to join our development team. You will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other developers to build, test, and continuously improve high-quality software solutions.

This role combines both development and testing responsibilities, ensuring that our products are reliable, efficient, and user-friendly. Flexible working hours and remote work options are available, with a 38-hour work week.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial practical experience in software testing or software development.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, carrying out and documenting software tests in standard test management systems (manual and automated).
• Creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios.
• Analysing, reproducing and documenting defects.
• Working closely with development teams to ensure software quality.
• Contributing to the further development of test strategies and processes.
• Providing support with the implementation and use of modern testing tools.

Responsibilities

Must Have
