DIL German Institute of Food Technology, e. V. in Quakenbrück invites applications for a Software Developer to advance internal software, ERP customization, data projects, and web-app development.

You will work closely with IT and business units to digitize processes and implement robust IT solutions. The role requires IT training or degree, strong programming in C#/.NET/ASP.NET, Python, SQL and HTML, plus experience with databases.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in IT, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with and enthusiasm for C# / .NET / ASP.NET, Python, SQL, and HTML.
• Experience working with databases and data models.
• Structured and independent work style with strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

The DIL (German Institute of Food Technology e. V. ) is a non-university, non-profit research institute that has served as a driver of innovation for the food industry since its founding in 1983. In Quakenbrück—at the heart of Lower Saxony’s food industry—an internationally networked institute has emerged over the past decades, bringing together approximately 120 experts in food technology, food science, analytics, sustainability, and food data.

Your responsibilities:

• Further development and optimization of our internal software system
• Collaboration on the technical development of the system architecture
