Zusammenfassung

Quest Global in Munich, Germany, seeks a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain medical imaging software. You will work on backend services, APIs, and data processing for imaging workflows in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to CI/CD, and deploy solutions on AWS. Proficiency in C++, Python, JavaScript and German language is required. The role is on-site in Munich with competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of software development experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare imaging and interoperability ecosystems (DICOM, PACS, HL7, FHIR).
• Experience in image visualization, image analysis/processing, or 3D reconstruction software solutions.
• Knowledge of software development processes in FDA and EU MDR regulated environments.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation).
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing web applications using React or Angular.
• Experience building and deploying backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of OO programming, design principles, and software design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Experience in Node.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience using Git, Perforce, or similar version control systems.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• German language proficiency
