Zusammenfassung

Optimus Search sucht einen Software-Entwickler (m/w/d) für Webanwendungen in Deutschland. Sie arbeiten an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Webanwendungen mit ASP.NET Core und Blazor, im client-server Modell und arbeiten eng mit dem PO sowie Stakeholdern zusammen.

Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehört Anforderungsanalyse, User Story Formulierung und regelmäßige Präsentationen des Entwicklungsstatus. Gute Kenntnisse in C#, SQL-Datenbanken und ORM-Tools sind von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

• Relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Softwareprojekten.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Softwareprojekten in industrieller Umgebung.
• Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in C#-Entwicklung.
• Gutes Wissen in der Entwicklung und Pflege von SQL-Datenbanken.
• Erfahrung mit ORM mappers wie Entity Framework, NHibernate o. ä.
• Erfahrung mit Microservice-Architekturen.
• Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden: Anforderungsklärung, technische Abstimmung, Statuspräsentationen.
• Erfahrung in agile Software-Entwicklung, z. B. Scrum oder Kanban.
• Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und gute Kommunikation.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Produktentwicklung: Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Webanwendungen mit ASP.NET Core und Blazor.
• Machbarkeitsstudien: Pilotanwendungen zur Verifizierung von Anforderungen.
• Implementierung: Zusammenarbeit im Entwicklungsteam mit PO und Stakeholdern (Betriebsleiter, Abteilungsleiter, Laborleiter).
• Präsentation: Regelmäßige Vorstellung neu entwickelter Funktionen im Team und Stakeholdern.
• Anforderungsanalyse: Gemeinsame Identifikation neuer Anforderungen mit Team und Stakeholdern.
• User Stories: Formulierung der Anforderungen als User Stories zur groben Aufwandseinschätzung.

Software Developer for Web Applications (ASP.NET Core, Blazor) - m/w/d – Trostberg an der Alz

Tasks:

• Product development: Further development of the customer's existing web applications using the aforementioned technology stack.
• Feasibility studies: For interested parties from new departments / business units, you develop pilot applications to verify your requirements.
• Implementation: As a member of the development team, you will implement the requirements in close coordination with the PO and other stakeholders (operations manager, department head, lab manager, etc).
• Presentation: In regularly held meetings, you present the newly developed features to the team and stakeholders.
• Requirements Engineering : Together with the team and various stakeholders, you identify new requirements.
• Description of User Stories: You formulate the requirements in the form of user stories so that they can be estimated by the team.

Technologies:

• Web application (client-server architecture) with ASP.NET Core in the backend and Blazor (server and Web Assembly) in the frontend.
• Database: MS SQL Database – Entity Framework
• Communication with other services: Kafka Message Bus, e.g., to SAP, LDAP. Further additions planned for this year: LIMS, technical equipment.
• Source code management and organizational tool: Microsoft Azure with Git

Your profile:

• Relevant professional experience in comparable software projects
• Ideally, experience with software projects in an industrial environment.
• Good to very good knowledge of software development with C#
• Good knowledge of developing and maintaining SQL databases
• Experience with ORM mappers such as Entity Framework, NHibernate, etc.
• Experience with microservice architecture
• Confident demeanor towards customers: Clarification of requirements, technical coordination, presentation of the development status.
• Experience in agile software development, e.g. according to Scrum or Kanban.
• A structured, proactive work style, as well as team spirit and good communication within the team.
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
