Siemens Mobility is seeking a Software Developer (f/m/d) for OPC UA components within the SIMATIC AX project. You will design and implement scalable OPC UA modules, enabling IT/OT integration and cross-vendor machine communication in industrial automation.

You’ll work in an agile team, advancing CI/CD and AI-assisted coding to enhance productivity and software quality, with global collaboration and a focus on secure, reliable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year of software development experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong proficiency in Modern C++ and compiler toolchains.
• Solid knowledge of the OPC UA standard and its application in industrial environments.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and modern tooling.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

• Modern Tooling: Hands-on experience with CMake, Git, and automating workflows via CI/CD platforms.

• Ways of working:
