• Take internal and external regulatory requirements into account when developing solutions
• Coordinate the development of new automation solutions with a nearshore partner
• Ensure the stable operation of automation solutions
• Gain expertise in the no-code ECON application
• Develop tailored solution proposals for clients using RPA and ECON
• Support the preparation of business cases and pricing models

Requirements

• University degree in business administration and 2–6 years of relevant professional experience in banking or a consulting firm, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in RPA, business process automation, or ECON
• Analytical approach and the ability to develop automation ideas based on practical work processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business-fluent German at a minimum C1 level
• Good English skills at B2 level
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Enjoy working in an agile team
• Self-directed and independent working style
• Strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel approximately 60 days per year
