IBM IX – Experience The Human Factor. As a visionary pioneer in intelligent process automation, you will play an active role in shaping the future of efficient business processes as a Strategy Consultant – Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Expert (f/m/x). With your deep technological understanding and strategic vision, you will develop holistic automation solutions, lead interdisciplinary teams, and accompany our customers on their journey toward sustainable digital transformation. Sound like you? Then we are looking for you to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) – across locations or alternatively fully remote from anywhere in Germany.
- You will lead interdisciplinary teams of analysts and developers to implement holistic automation solutions
- You will chair meetings, moderate workshops, and methodically guide participants through various formats for analyzing and solving complex issues
- You will present project content in a manner appropriate for the target audience at all company levels and take charge of communication with stakeholders
- You will evaluate processes in terms of their automatability and the cost-effectiveness of possible solutions
- You will design detailed automation solutions, taking into account technical, functional, and security-related requirements
- You will develop and establish methods and procedures throughout the lifecycle of automation solutions
- You contribute your in-depth understanding of automation technologies to the development of tailor‑made solutions
- You analyze processes and automation potential in various business areas – with a particular focus on financial service providers
- You actively support the development of organizational structures and develop governance models for the sustainable anchoring of areas of expertise
- You have several years of experience in robotic process automation (RPA) and related process optimization technologies
- You have in-depth knowledge of the role of IT solution architect and understand how to integrate technical solutions into existing IT landscapes (including security requirements)
- You have at least five years of leadership experience in managing integrated project teams
- You are experienced in using agile project methods and impress with your structured and solution‑oriented approach to work
- You confidently moderate specialist groups and design workshops in a targeted and effective manner
- You have basic knowledge of common RPA platforms – NICE APA, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere are familiar to you
- Ideally, you are familiar with the process areas of financial service providers and have in-depth industry experience in this field
- You have experience in setting up organizational structures and developing governance mechanisms
- Your problem‑solving skills paired with technological understanding round out your profile
- You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 in written and spoken language)
