Join our team as a Salesforce Core Solutions Lead and transform client business processes with tailored Salesforce solutions. Recommend and implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while guiding clients through advanced options like Salesforce CPQ and Shield. Collaborate with developers, oversee customizations, conduct training, and stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements to deeply understand their business processes and identify specific needs for Salesforce Core solutions
including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. - Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business challenges to recommend comprehensive Salesforce solutions
such as Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and Salesforce Shield for enhanced security. - Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce Core functionality features and potential limitations including advanced flow and AI capabilities.
- Design and present Salesforce Core solutions to stakeholders clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen Salesforce Core solutions
including integration with third-party applications. - Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce Core to meet client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce Core.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients including troubleshooting and optimization of applications.
- Stay current with the latest trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
- Documentation of all activities including client interactions recommendation and feedback received.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Consultant . Business Analyst or similar role on the Salesforce Core platform.
- Ability to guide customers on their CRM journey providing best practices both by own experience and Salesforce bet practices.
- Deep familiarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce Core consulting or project management (e.g. Sales, Service, Data Cloud Experience or Industry specific
PMP). - Experience with specific industries or types of software may be required depending on the consultancy's focus.
- Expertise in Salesforce Core functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Salesforce Shield.
- Familiarity with Salesforce flow AI and integration with third-party applications.
- Fluency in English and German
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
