Zusammenfassung

OHB SE in München sucht eine/n Softwarearchitekt/in oder technischen Lead zur Steuerung der Simulatorentwicklung. Sie übernehmen die Erstellung technischer Konzepte, leiten Implementierungen, managen das Backlog und sichern den Informationsfluss in einem internationalen Expertenteam aus OHB und Partnerprojekten.

Sie führen technische Reviews durch und unterstützen Meilensteinprüfungen. Erwartet werden fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Simulationsframeworks, Verteidigungsprojekten und

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik / Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik / Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung als Software-Architekt/Technical Lead oder Product Owner in größeren Softwareprojekten.
• Erfahrung mit verteilten Simulationsrahmen (HLA) sowie System-der-Systeme-Simulation von Vorteil.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in verteidigungsnahen Simulatorentwicklungen wünschenswert.
• Erfahrung mit NATO-Standards und Prozessen bzw. Kenntnis verwandter Standards (ECSS-E-ST-40C, ECSS-Q-ST-80C oder DO-178C).
• Starke Selbstorganisations- und Arbeitsplanungsfähigkeiten.
• Hohe Motivation, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Ausgeprägte Kompetenz im Arbeiten in multikulturellen Teams.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten.
• Bereitschaft, eine deutsche Sicherheitsfreigabe zu erlangen.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Ideally previous experience as software architect/technical lead or product owner in larger software projects
• Experience with distributed simulation frameworks (HLA), and with system-of-systems simulation is a plus
• Ideally several years of professional experience in defence-related simulator developments
• Experience with applicable NATO standards and processes, and/or knowledge of related process standards from adjacent fields (such as ECSS-E-ST-40C and ECSS-Q-ST-80C or DO‑178C)
• Strong competence in self-organizing and work planning
• High motivation, pro-active working approach, and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong competence in working in a multicultural team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Ability and willingness to achieve a German security clearance
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
