Zusammenfassung

BAYOONET AG is seeking an in‑house software architect to design and develop software for mobile, cloud, web, desktop and IoT platforms in agile projects. You will define architectures, select frameworks and act as the technical contact for teams and international customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration in weekly architect meetings, improving development environments and shaping Bayoonet’s technology roadmap across Windows, Android and iOS platforms. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in the field of informatics, medical technology, physics, mathematics or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Sound experience with Java, C++, or C#.
• Extensive knowledge of development for Windows, Android, iOS.
• Confident handling of Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated environments.
• Knowledge of design patterns and modern tools/processes.
• Fluent in German and English.

You develop innovative architectures and software concepts for mobile, cloud, web, desktop and IoT solutions in agile projects, select suitable frameworks and are the technical contact for team members and international customers.

We are strongest when we work together as a team—that’s why we operate a hybrid model with at least three days per week on-site at the respective location and two days working flexibly from home.

As an (in-house) software architect, you will support our team in exciting development projects for our international customers. Your area of activity includes the design and development of software solutions based on agile software development models. You will develop innovative architectures and software concepts for mobile applications, cloud-based solutions, web and desktop applications as well as IOT systems and adapt new solutions for our projects. You actively participate in the selection of frameworks and tools and are the technical contact person for your team members and our customers. In weekly meetings, you will work with the architect team to develop solutions for current challenges and actively help shape the future of BAYOONET AG.

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, medical technology, physics, mathematics or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture
• Sound experience with programming languages such as Java, C++ or C#
• Extensive knowledge of development for various platforms Windows, Android, iOS
• Confident handling of Azure, AWS or GCP
• Experience in building and automating complex environments, as well as with continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Knowledge of software design patterns and modern development tools and processes
• Confident with software modeling tools and UML
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with current trends and (state-of-the-art) technologies
• Experience in development in accordance with IEC 62304 an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
