Qualifikationen

• Proven capability to architect comprehensive enterprise solutions.
• Experience designing distributed systems on Kubernetes and major cloud (Azure).
• Use of C4/Arc42 for architecture documentation & communication.
• Hands-on AI experience, including CI/CD and data-driven systems.
• Familiarity with CNCF projects and promoting Golden Path standards.
• Strong Git workflows with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible).
• Ability to collaborate with product and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent English communication, German a plus.

To strengthen our development team located in Wietmarschen-Lohne or Osnabrück, offering flexible working hours and the option for partial home office, we are looking for a Software Architect (all genders welcome) for our Intelligent Service Operations Hub

As a pioneering initiative within the Rosenxt Group, we are building a centralized cloud platform to manage technically complex inspection and optimization services. This scalable solution will guide all user groups, provide dynamic situational awareness, and deliver traceable, verifiable customer value. By joining our interdisciplinary, agile team, you will architect the software foundation for the delivery of high quality services and future AI-driven automation.

What you can expect

• A modern cloud‑native Kubernetes environment using CNCF technologies rollout on Azure
• Work with C4 and Arc42 to document and communicate architectures clearly
• Close collaboration with product owners, domain experts, and other stakeholders
• Understand business and application needs to identify key architectural drivers “Golden Paths” with templates and tooling speed up delivery
• Design AI-driven solutions together with data science and engineering teams
• Participation in architecture and code reviews to ensure technical quality and NFRs
• GitHub and Azure DevOps for code, CI/CD, and collaborative work management
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash for automation

What you bring

• Proven capability to architect comprehensive solutions on enterprise level
• Experience designing distributed systems on Kubernetes and a major cloud (ideally Azure)
• Practical use of C4 and Arc42 for architecture documentation and communication
• Hands‑on AI experience, including CI/CD and operating data‑driven systems
• Familiarity with CNCF projects and willingness to promote “Golden Path” standards
• Confident Git workflows with GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform and/or Ansible
• Ability to work closely with product and business stakeholders on technical solutions
• Knowledge of best practices in securing cloud environments and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus) to collaborate effectively within teams
