Rosenxt Group is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead the software foundation for cloud-based inspection and optimization services. You will drive end-to-end architecture for core solutions on Kubernetes deployed to Azure, set guardrails, and define company-wide standards.

You will influence AI capabilities, data platforms, and DevOps tooling. Strong English communication is essential; German is a plus. Hybrid work with on-site options in Lohne/Osnabrück.

Senior Software Architect

To strengthen our development team located in Wietmarschen-Lohne or Osnabrück, offering flexible working hours and the option for partial home office or remote, we are looking for a Senior Software Architect (all genders welcome) for our Intelligent Service Operations Hub. As a pioneering initiative within the Rosenxt Group, we are building a centralized cloud platform to manage technically complex inspection and optimization services. This scalable solution will guide all user groups, provide dynamic situational awareness, and deliver traceable, verifiable customer value. By joining our interdisciplinary, agile team, you will architect the software foundation for the delivery of high-quality services and future AI-driven automation.

• End-to-end architectural responsibility for core solutions on Kubernetes rolled out on Azure
• Defining principles and guardrails for our cloud-native and CNCF-based ecosystem
• Company-wide standards using C4, arc42, and shared "Golden Paths."

• Strategic say in platform and tooling roadmap, including GitHub and Azure DevOps
• A highly automated setup with Python, Bash, Terraform and Ansible as key enablers

What you bring

• Proven capability to architect comprehensive solutions, from sensor data acquisition to customer insights delivery
• Extensive experience with complex distributed systems on Azure using Kubernetes and CNCF technologies
• Proven use of C4 and Arc42 to drive consistent architecture across multiple teams.
• Strong DevOps/MlOps background, including CI/CD and operating AI systems
• Ability to define, evolve, and advocate organization-wide "Golden Paths"
• Deep knowledge of GitHub and Azure DevOps, including branching, reviews, and releases
• Advanced IaC expertise with Terraform and Ansible plus strong Python and Bash skills
• Experience coaching architects and senior developers and leading technical forums
• Strength in aligning architecture with business goals, constraints, and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus) to collaborate effectively within teams
