Social Worker Statements '' Working within the North and Mid Adult Mental Health Team has been a truly refreshing and rewarding experience. It has broadened my knowledge, strengthened my skills, and provided me with the opportunity to work alongside a highly supportive and compassionate team. No two days are the same. The role brings a variety of complex cases, but also the immense satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support. Being part of such a dedicated group of social workers is, without question, one of the most fulfilling aspects of the role. Having previously worked in children's social services, I have found my transferable skills to be incredibly valuable within mental health practice. The transition has been professionally enriching. I feel genuinely grateful to be part of a team that is skilled, welcoming, and deeply committed to delivering high-quality care. It is an excellent place to grow professionally while contributing to positive outcomes for service users''
