Job summary

mars agency sucht eine/n Social Media Manager/Content Creator, der die digitale Präsenz des Unternehmens gestaltet. Sie erzählen Geschichten hinter unseren Events, setzen Inhalte auf Instagram und LinkedIn um und betreuen die Kanäle kontinuierlich – auch vor Ort bei Events.

Sie erstellen Formate, bearbeiten Videos und übernehmen Editorial Planning sowie Community Management. Kreativität, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative werden geschätzt; der Job bietet flexible Teilzeitmodelle und Standort

Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Social-Media-Inhalten
• Sicheres Gespür für visuelle Sprache, Trends und Storytelling
• Sicheres Schreiben auf Deutsch und gutes Englisch
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft, ausgewählte Events zu begleiten

Responsibilities

• Entwickeln und Produzieren von Content-Formaten für Instagram und LinkedIn – Reels, Stories, Posts
• Vor Ort bei Events Foto- und Videomaterial erstellen
• Videoschnitt mit CapCut oder Adobe Premiere
• Redaktionelle Planung des Contents und Community-Management
• Performance-Tracking der Kanäle und Ableitung neuer Content-Ideen

As Social Media Manager/Content Creator you shape the digital presence of mars agency. You tell the stories behind our events, make our work visible on Instagram and LinkedIn and continuously develop our channels.

• You develop and produce content formats for Instagram and LinkedIn – from Reels and stories to posts.
• You join selected events and capture photo and video material directly on site.
• You cut and edit videos, e.g. with CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• You plan our editorial content and take over the community management.
• You track the performance of our channels and derive new content ideas from it.
• You support marketing campaigns and the news section of our website.

. Your profile

• Experience creating social media content, ideally in an agency or event context.
• A confident feel for visual language, trends and storytelling.
• Confident writing in German and good English.
• Independent, structured way of working.
• Willingness to accompany selected events.
