V2X is seeking a Site Support Coordinator for the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany. This part-time role supports a media production organization, assists in developing educational and technical manuals, and helps with preproduction, production, and postproduction work along with still media production.

The position requires a high school diploma and around one year of general experience, with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Video capture and organization, graphic design, web design/development (basic), photography, print design, videography, administrative work and reporting, production coordination, duplication, machine operation and word processing.
• Consult with engineers, technical writers, and/or customers to define requirements; plan and schedule daily production routines to meet delivery dates.
• Direct and check work, outline tasks and ensure accuracy.
• Basic computer tasks such as copying/pasting files, emailing documents, using a word processor.
• Knowledge of programs like Final Cut Pro, Motion, File Maker Pro, and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Conduct and document AARs at JMRC across sites including weekends.
• Assist in End-to-End testing when specified by AAR lead.
• Assist in class support when specified by AAR lead.
• MMC involves rotating shifts (early/late), weekends and holidays at JMRC.

Job Summary

The candidate performs a wide variety of tasks in support of a media production organization, including aiding in the development of educational and technical manuals, supporting video preproduction, production and postproduction, and producing, as well as producing still media such as logos and posters.

Responsibilities

• video capture and organization, graphic design, web design/development (basic), photography, print design, videography, administrative work and reporting, production coordination, duplication, machine operation and word processing
• Customer service skills are desired as the candidate will consult with engineers, technical writers, and/or customers to define requirements; including planning and scheduling of daily production routines to effectively meet customer delivery dates
• The candidate should possess good attention to detail and will assist in directing work, assigning, outlining tasks and checking for work correctness
• Basic computer knowledge (e.g. coping and pasting files, emailing documents, using a word processor
• Knowledge of the following programs not required but desired in candidates: Final Cut Pro, Motion, File Maker Pro, and Adobe Photoshop
• Conduct and document AAR(s) at JMRC at multiple AAR sites to include weekends
• Assist in AAR End - to - End testing when specified by AAR lead
• Assist in class support when specified by AAR lead
• MMC consists of working shifts (early and late), including weekends and holidays during JMRC
