Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks an electrical site supervisor based in Frankfurt to oversee electrical installation scopes for a datacentre project. You will supervise cabling and termination through to cold commissioning (MV-LV-Control) and ensure compliance with project specs.

Role involves close coordination with engineering, procurement and construction teams, developing work packages, tracking milestones and resolving technical issues while upholding safety standards.

I am seeking an electrical site supervisor or a client based in Frankfurt to support electrical scopes of work on a datacentre construction project.

You will be responsible for supervising all aspects of electrical installation, cabling and termination until cold commissioning of electrical systems, (MV LV-Control) equipment, and prefabrication building within assigned projects.

• START: October 2026
• LOCATION: Frankfurt, Germany
• DURATION: Rolling 6 month contract/ Permanent Contract
• WORKING PATTERN / HOURS: Full time in their head office in Frankfurt
• LANGUAGES: English – German is an advantage
• CONTRACT TYPE: Freelance - All Inclusive Rates or Permanent Salary (Salary + Package )

Specification:

• Be responsible for supervising all aspects of electrical installation, cabling and termination until cold commissioning of electrical systems.
• Close coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with project specifications.
• Key responsibilities include developing detailed work package, coordinating supplier on site works, and monitoring progress against project milestones.
• Cooperate with the Project Manager and construction manager
• Resolving technical issues, reporting to responsible project manager and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the lifecycle of package delivery.
• Ensure definition of components, accompany FATs, ensure installation on site until cold commissioning.
• Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, proven project management experience, and excellent communication skills.
