Black & White Engineering, Frankfurt-based, is seeking a Site/Resident Engineer to embed on site within data centre developments. You will act as the key electrical representative through construction, installation and commissioning, working closely with contractors and clients to maintain highest quality and technical compliance.

Based in Frankfurt, you will support multiple live projects across the portfolio, with a clear progression path to senior resident engineering and project leadership

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience as Resident Engineer/Site Engineer on construction projects.
• Experience in Data Centres or mission-critical environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services, power distribution, UPS, generators.

As a Site/Resident Engineer who can be embedded on site within one of Europe's most active data centre markets, acting as the key electrical representative throughout construction, installation and commissioning phases.

• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience working as a Resident Engineer, Site Engineer, Site Representative or similar on construction projects.
• Experience within Data Centres, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Industrial or other high-specification environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services, power distribution, UPS, generators and critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience reviewing installations, monitoring quality, managing technical queries and supporting commissioning activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English required; German language skills would be advantageous.
