Site Quality Manager (m/w/d) – Neubrandenburg

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for quality assurance in the plant.
• Responsible for the product quality of suppliers, their selection, and supplier‑side quality processes.
• Conduct cross‑functional quality projects.
• Accountable for product quality toward customers.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits, including follow‑up of corrective and improvement actions.
• Manage budgeted quality costs and identify savings opportunities.
• Optimize and document existing and new quality processes.
• Maintain an extensive network among customers and suppliers.
• Lead and develop the entire quality team.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, or a completed Fachschule qualification.
• Knowledge in quality management, quality planning and monitoring methods, problem‑solving procedures, and experience in supplier process assessment.
• Multiple years of professional and managerial experience required.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/TS 16949 desirable.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing measurement technology, manufacturing technologies, statistics, and product liability.
• Preferred experience in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency with all office applications.
• Methodical working style, high flexibility, independence, creativity, communication, and innovation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Negotiation‑level English knowledge, spoken and written.
