Zusammenfassung

Agile Robots AG, based in Munich, is seeking a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to enhance our integrated management systems across quality, environmental, and information security domains. You'll be responsible for driving audit programs, optimizing quality processes, and ensuring compliance with key standards.

Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d), who will own the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our integrated management systems, covering quality, environmental, and information security domains, while driving audit programmes and cross‑functional quality processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Management Systems: Plan, develop, monitor, and optimise our integrated management systems across QMS, EMS, and ISMS frameworks.
  • QM Methods: Elaborate and promote quality management methods and techniques across the organisation, including core tools such as FMEA, 8D reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • Audit Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and external audits; support customer and certification audits through to closure.
  • Supplier Audits: Support the purchasing department in planning and conducting supplier audits in line with applicable standards.
  • CAPA Oversight: Initiate, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions across quality‑relevant processes.
  • Quality Reporting: Conduct cross‑divisional QM data evaluation and maintain statistical reporting to support management review and decision‑making.
  • QMS Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with quality management systems, with working knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA 6.4, and ISO 14001.
  • Quality Core Tools: Practical experience applying FMEA, 8D reporting, and structured root‑cause analysis methodologies in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Technical Background: Completed bachelor\'s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent qualification as a state‑certified technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
  • Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both German and English, sufficient for audit documentation, customer interaction, and internal reporting.

  • Information Security: Initial exposure to information security management systems, including frameworks such as ISO 27001, TISAX, or NIS-2.
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP in a quality or operations context.
  • Multi‑Site Work: Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% to support audits, supplier visits, and cross‑site quality activities.
