TLC is seeking aJunior Site Manager (m/f/d) in Technical Insulation to support and coordinate our construction sites across Europe. You will learn to manage teams, oversee schedules, and ensure quality and safety on site.

Qualifikationen

• You have completed training in insulation, HVAC or MEP fields.
• Possibly completed master craftsman or technician qualification or plan to.
• Proven ability to learn and apply on-site practices.

• Support experienced site managers in organizing construction sites on site.
• Step by step take over management of assembly teams and coordinate materials.
• Plan deadlines and ensure workmanship quality and health and safety requirements.
• Be the contact person for customers and project management on site.

• Personality: You are committed, have strong communication skills and are keen to develop professionally and personally.
• Mobility: You are flexible and look forward to project-related assignments within Europe (driving license class B).
