Tlconcept in Dresden seeks a Construction and Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to organize and manage extensive core drilling and concrete work on the major ESMC Dresden project. You will coordinate subcontractors, verify the technical requirements, and ensure smooth communication between the client, the construction site, and the execution teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the construction industry such as foreman, supervisor, site manager, technician, or master craftsman.
• Ideally knowledge of building construction, concrete construction, demolition, fire protection, or core drilling and cutting techniques.
• Technical understanding and the ability to work confidently with construction plans.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication when dealing with customers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage employees on site.
• Verify approvals and work orders from client portals.
• Assess feasibility of planned drilling and cutting operations.
• Inspect as-built dimensions and site conditions before construction begins.
• Coordinate with construction management, planners, and clients.

• Plan workforce and capacity to meet project needs.
• Coordinate scaffolding, lifting platforms, waste disposal, and site logistics.

Responsibilities

Specializing in Core Drilling and Concrete Processing

• Coordination and Management of Employees
• Verification of approvals and work orders from client portals
• Assessment of whether planned drilling and cutting operations are technically feasible
• Inspection of as-built dimensions and site conditions before construction begins

• Scheduling and Timing of the Teams Deployed
