Grünenthal Group is seeking an IT leadership professional to own the site IT agenda for the Aachen Packaging Center & API, representing IT in site governance and aligning local priorities with the Global IT strategy.

You will drive digitalization, data, automation and AI initiatives to improve operational performance and enable innovation, ensuring end-to-end delivery of site IT projects with collaboration across global teams.

Formación

• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Several years of IT leadership experience with accountability for roadmaps and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and levels.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality or operations; regulated industries a plus.
• Solid understanding of IT service management, project delivery, vendor management and digital technologies.
• Proactive, analytical and business-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of site-related IT projects and global technology solutions, managing dependencies and risks.
• Ensure reliable, secure, scalable IT services.
• Translate site priorities into an IT roadmap and collaborate with site leadership, global teams and external partners to deliver demand.
• Foster continuous improvement by enhancing user experience and operational efficiency across the site.

What The Job Looks Like

• Own the site IT agenda and act as the primary IT leadership contact for Aachen Packaging Center & API (Aachen & Mitlödi), representing IT in site governance and connecting local business priorities based on Global IT strategy.


• Drive local digitalization, data, automation and AI initiatives with clear business outcomes that enhance operational performance and enable innovation.


• Ensure end-to-end delivery of site-related IT projects and global technology solutions, managing dependencies, risks and escalations while driving adoption and measurable outcomes.


• Ensure reliable, secure, reliable, efficient and scalable IT services


• Translate site priorities into a transparent IT roadmap, align them with global product and technology roadmaps, and collaborate with site leadership, global teams and external partners to prioritize and deliver demand.


• Foster continuous improvement by enhancing user experience, operational efficiency and technology adoption across the site.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.


• Several years of relevant experience in IT leadership, IT business partnering, digital transformation or operational IT environments, with demonstrated accountability for roadmaps and delivery.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.


• Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, quality or operations environments; exposure to regulated industries is a plus.


• Solid understanding of IT service management, project delivery, vendor management and digital technologies.
• A proactive, analytical and business-focused mindset combined with excellent communication skills.
