Mondi Group in Ebersdorf b.Coburg is seeking an experienced HR leader to build and run a strong HR team for a ~700-employee site, driving culture, talent, performance and engagement in partnership with site leadership.

You will lead core HR processes, advise on employee relations and works council matters, and ensure governance and confidentiality while delivering people strategies aligned with Mondi goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including several years in a business partnering role, ideally in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, works council/union collaboration, and German labor law.
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and change management skills in a complex matrix environment.
• Passion for people, continuous improvement, and delivering innovative HR solutions.
• Fluent in German and English, with high integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and the highest standards of ethics, governance, and confidentiality.
