Mondi Group's Ebersdorf plant in Germany is seeking a senior HR leader to run HR for roughly 700 employees, building a strong HR team and driving culture, talent, performance, and engagement. You will partner with site leadership to deliver people strategies that support Mondi goals and ensure an exceptional employee experience.

The role requires deep knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and change management, with fluency in German and English.

• 10+ years of HR experience, including business partnering in industrial/manufacturing.

• Fluent in German and English, with high integrity and confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and the highest standards of ethics, governance, and confidentiality.
