Zusammenfassung

Mondi is seeking an information security professional in Halle (Saale) to further develop and maintain the ISMS and coordinate the ISO 27001 Ready initiative across German sites.

You will provide advisory and operational support for TISAX assessments, plan and support audits, and act as a focal point for IT/OT security matters while collaborating with local OT coordinators and the IT Regional Manager Germany. Travel will be regular.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum professional experience in information security.
• Familiarity with ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS2, and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
• Experience with document management and structured document control.
• Willingness to travel regularly for audits and assessments.

• Develop and maintain the ISMS; coordinate ISO 27001 Ready across German sites.
• Advise on TISAX assessments; plan, prepare and support audits; report findings.
• Be the IT/OT security contact; coordinate with local OT coordinators; assist IT Regional Manager Germany.
• Help plan and document secure OT networks and access management with the I-O team.
• Organize IT/OT security awareness sessions; implement Mondi IT/OT Security Policy.
• Coordinate vulnerability management; track KPIs; assist with IT/OT security incidents with SOC.
• Run regular security meetings and share best practices across sites.

Your responsibilities

• Further develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including coordinating the “ISO 27001 Ready” initiative across all German sites
• Provide advisory and operational support for TISAX assessments, as well as plan, prepare, and support internal and external IT/OT audits and assessments; follow up on audit findings and ensure the required compliance evidence is provided
• Serve as a key point of contact for IT/OT security matters and coordinate with local OT coordinators; support the IT Regional Manager Germany with reporting and site coordination
• Support the planning, design, and documentation of secure OT networks, OT infrastructure, and access management solutions in collaboration with the I-O team
• Organize and deliver IT/OT security awareness and training sessions, and support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Mondi IT/OT Security Policy
• Coordinate IT/OT vulnerability management, including reporting, KPI tracking, and risk assessments; support the management of IT/OT security incidents in collaboration with the central SOC
• Further develop regular security meetings and promote the sharing of knowledge and best practices across sites

Your profile

• Good understanding of IT/OT environments and familiarity with technical and organizational processes; basic knowledge of relevant applications, operating systems, and hardware
• Initial professional experience in information security, ideally with exposure to ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS2, and BSI IT-Grundschutz
• Experience with document management and structured document control
• Willingness to travel regularly, particularly for audits, TISAX assessments, and IT/OT security activities
