Main Tasks

• Cost Center Structure Review and optimization
• Cost Center Controlling
• Translation of Chart of Accounts
• Creation of a booking manual
• Process mapping of Financial Processes (e.g. month end checklists and dependencies)
• Introduction of treasury activities
