Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead to advance clinical research. You will collaborate with research staff and stakeholders to drive trial recruitment, deliver site-specific training, and optimize the site experience across multiple sites.

In this role you will educate healthcare professionals on study protocols, partner with referral networks, analyze enrollment data, and maintain strong relationships with providers and caregivers while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications
• Clinical research experience at the site level required
• Nurse or other healthcare professional preferred
• CRA experience preferred
• High flexibility to travel (including internationally if needed).
• Located in Germany with fluency in German and English languages.
• Clinical competence in the therapeutic area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple functions.
• Solutions-oriented approach and positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrates empathy and cultural awareness.
