Christoph Miethke GmbH & Co. KG in Potsdam is expanding its silicone production team. We manufacture medical devices with high precision, focusing on quality, cleanliness, and rigorous GDP-compliant documentation.

You will operate extrusion, cutting, injection molding, curing, post-processing, labeling, inspect in-process, and assist with maintenance and consumables. We value diversity and encourage candidates with technical training and a meticulous, responsible approach.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical vocational training.
• Experience in plant operation and/or plant control preferred.
• Silicone processing experience is a plus but not required.
• Manual dexterity and a strong technical understanding.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality, cleanliness and organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office and good written and spoken German.

Aufgaben

• Manufacture silicone products on time, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Operate processes such as extrusion, cutting, injection molding, curing, post-processing, and labeling.
• Document production and process data per GDP requirements and perform dual-check procedures.
• Conduct in-process inspections and ensure high quality standards.
• Package finished products for subsequent steps.

YOUR TASKS

• You will manufacture our silicone products on time, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• You will operate various manufacturing processes such as extrusion, cutting, injection molding, curing, post-processing, and labeling.
• You will document production and process data in accordance with GDP requirements and perform dual-check procedures.
• You will conduct in-process inspections and ensure that our high quality standards are met.
• You will package finished products for subsequent process steps.
• You will order consumables and assist with the maintenance of our technical equipment.

YOUR PROFILE

• a completed technical vocational training
• ideally, experience in plant operation and/or plant control.
• prior experience in silicone processing is a plus, but not required.
