What You Can Expect
Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments – including an eight‑month international placement – you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive execution by supporting high‑priority transformation initiatives across functions and business areas, helping turn strategic decisions into concrete actions
- Create transparency by preparing analyses, tracking progress, and contributing to senior‑management reporting and decision forums
- Improve ways of working by applying and scaling frameworks, tools, and lessons learned from major transformation programs
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics, work independently, and collaborate confidently across functions and senior stakeholders
- Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
- A master's or doctoral degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, engineering, data/analytics, or a comparable field
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
- Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel
