As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll support customers in transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Work within the project execution team and ensure coordination with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal erection and commissioning teams.
• Prepare basic and detailed designs and optimise interfaces for components and systems.
• Support the team in ensuring project tasks and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and EHS standards.
• Proactively identify, assess and manage project risks.

What You Bring

• Highly motivated team player with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills and a hands‑on approach.
• Relevant experience through internships or working‑student roles (additional permanent work experience up to 36 months is welcome).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
• Excellent English and fluent German skills; willingness and flexibility for international travel.
