PLAZA Premium Berlin Kurfürstendamm sucht eine/n Shift Supervisor Reception (m/w/d). Sie unterstützen den Front Office Manager, sichern reibungslose Schichtabläufe und betreuen internationale Gäste persönlich.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Beschwerdebearbeitung, Einhaltung von Standards, Bearbeitung von Telefonanfragen, Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Front- und Backoffice.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung zum Hotelkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
• Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Hotelgewerbe
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Gastfreundschaft
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Front Office Managers in allen Belangen
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Schichtbetriebs
• Begrüßung und individuelle Betreuung internationaler Gäste
• Bearbeitung von Beschwerden und Beantwortung von Anfragen
