What you will do

You will work in an interdisciplinary team on innovative and exciting research topics and projects with the following activities:

  • Shape the future: Support international projects to develop an innovative assessment framework for climate-neutral cities.
  • Be part of the change: Actively contribute to updating the Morgenstadt-Index and integrate climate neutrality into our strategies.
  • Shape growth: Help us acquire new projects and expand our portfolio for sustainable urban development.
  • Become part of a dynamic team: Contribute your creativity and passion to jointly develop innovative solutions for urban challenges.
What you bring to the table
  • You are studying a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability Management, Resource Management, Bioeconomy, Circular Economy, Climate Sciences).
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) are required; basic German is an advantage, and Korean is a plus.
  • You have strong skills in report writing and science-based research.
  • You bring a pragmatic, down-to-earth, and hands-on “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach.
  • You are results-oriented and flexible, able to adapt to changing circumstances.
