Quaker Houghton is seeking a technically trained professional to operate and maintain systems at our Offenbach am Main sites. You will ensure optimum lubrication and fluid performance for production while coordinating with internal teams and customer contacts.

The role emphasizes data integrity, adherence to safety, and collaboration in a fast-paced industrial setting. On-site only, with training provided and long-term development opportunities within a global organization.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic) or equivalent technical knowledge gained through experience.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
• German language skills at fluent level (spoken and written).
• English language skills at B1–B2 level.

About the Role

This position is based on-site at a leading global manufacturer serving the automotive and industrial sectors in Offenbach am Main, Germany. The customer develops and produces highly engineered components and technology solutions that support mobility and industrial applications worldwide.

This is a fully on-site role, requiring attendance at the customer site five days per week across two locations in Offenbach am Main.

What will you do?

• Support the operation and maintenance of systems and products
• Help ensure that lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners, and other industrial fluids are maintained in optimal condition for production
• Communicate closely with internal Quaker Houghton teams and key customer contacts
• Maintain accurate data in Quaker Houghton systems
• Support warehouse and inventory management activities

What do we look for?

• Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic) or equivalent technical knowledge gained through experience
• Experience working in an industrial environment
• Attention to detail and a strong customer‑focused mindset
