FOSS is seeking a Service Technician in Field Service for Bavaria to install, maintain and commission infrared analytical systems across the region. You will troubleshoot, provide remote and on-site support, and manage spare parts while upholding high service standards.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Technician in Field Service in Bavaria.

Working as a Service Team Member, you will represent the face of FOSS and drive best-in-class customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. Your job is to perform preventive maintenance, installation and commissioning of FOSS analysis systems, troubleshooting also provides expert technical support and service to customers and colleagues together with enhancing user competency.

Your key areas of responsibility include also:

• Implementation of user seminars


• Customer support (via hotline/remote)


• On-site service (maintenance/repair)


• Management of spare parts
