The successful candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including Pro and Enterprise versions, and a proven ability to lead agile teams in designing and delivering scalable HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and roadmap for HRSD implementations.
• Plan, design, and deliver scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Define user stories, requirements, and best practices.
• Guide and support agile delivery teams.
• Provide technical leadership on HRSD capabilities and integrations.

Skillset
