Vestas in Hanau is seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) to service wind turbines on-site within the region. You will join a small team, diagnose faults, perform repairs, and implement modifications to improve turbine performance while documenting all steps clearly.

The role requires electrical/mechanical training, German and English proficiency, a valid B driving license, and willingness to travel within the region. Vestas offers a comprehensive onboarding, safety training, and modern equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, energy and building technology or comparable technical qualification.
• Work location varies within region; you will usually be home again in the evening.
• Familiar with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps; SAP experience ideal.
• Able to work at heights and operate safely above ground level.
• Valid Class B driver’s license (BE support possible).
• Very good German and good English skills.

Your profile – what makes you a great fit!

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, energy and building technology or have a comparable technical qualification
• Your place of work will vary within your region – you will usually be home again in the evening
• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP
• You are comfortable working at heights and can operate safely above ground level
• You have a valid Class B driver’s licence (financial support for Class BE may be available)
• Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
