Vestas is hiring a Service Technician (m/f/d) in Wegberg to service wind turbines on-site. You will work with a small team servicing and maintaining turbines, diagnosing faults, and implementing fixes using electrical and mechanical knowledge.

Ideal candidates have vocational training in electrical/electronics/mechatronics, good German and some English, and a valid B-class license. Training and development are offered through the Vestas Academy.

You ensure our wind turbinesoperatereliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance

Working as part of a team (at least two people), you repair turbines and resolve faults

You analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and accuratelyidentifythe cause

You carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance

You document your work digitally in a simple and efficient way

You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, energy and building technology or have a comparable technical qualification

Your place of work will vary within your region – you will usually be home again in the evening

You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP

You are comfortable working at heights and canoperatesafely above ground level

You have avalid Class B driver’s licence(financial support forClassBE may be available)

Very goodGerman and good English skills round off your profile
