Vestas seeks a Service Technician (m/f/d) for wind turbines in Bredstedt to perform on-site servicing and maintenance, ensuring reliable turbine operation in a dynamic, state-of-the-art environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial mechatronics or energy and building technology.
• Willingness to travel within Germany during the week; back home on weekends.
• Familiarity with Microsoft and iOS apps; SAP experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Carry out on-site servicing and maintenance to ensure wind turbines operate reliably.
• Work in a team (at least two people) to repair turbines and resolve faults.
• Analyze electronic and mechanical error messages and identify root causes.
• Implement modification measures to improve turbine performance.
• Document work digitally in a simple and efficient way.

• You ensure our wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance
• Working as part of a team (at least two people), you repair turbines and resolve faults
• You analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and accurately identify the cause

Your profile – what makes you a great fit!

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial mechatronics or energy and building technology
• You are willing to travel within Germany during the week; you will be back home at the weekend
• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP
• You are comfortable working at heights and can operate safely above ground level
• You have a valid Class B driver\u2019s licence (financial support for Class BE may be available)
• Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
