Service Technician (m/f/d) – with maritime focus

Your field of activity:

• Commissioning and servicing of ship automation systems
• Troubleshooting and fault analysis via remote support (including AR headset) or directly on board
• Technical support through ticketing system, live chat, and phone
• Independent preparation and follow-up of service assignments
• Configuration and testing of spare parts and complete systems
• Optional: Participation in the development of PLC control systems (TIA Portal), process visualization, and EPLAN schematics

Your profile:

• Technical training in electrical engineering, automation technology, IT systems engineering, inspection, or a comparable qualification
• Previous experience in servicing shipboard technical systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal control systems is a plus
• Valid Class B driving license
• Strong motivation for technical challenges and a proactive, independent work style
• Customer and service orientation, and a strong sense of quality
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel
• Good German and English language skills
